Fluoride removal AND a beautiful, compact filter!

Exquisite. Easy to install. Love the single filter so it makes the unit compact. The stainless steel housing is lovely, and easy to keep clean. Had to flush longer than the instructions suggested to improve taste. Very happy with my purchase. We use about 2 gallons/day, so the included filter should last us a little over a year.

Counter top water filter

Volume of water is great. You do need to run water through the filter lone enough to remove the loose charcoal. The is a little water that drips after water supply is turned off. Tipping the water tube back at the end filling helps.

Life saving unit

I have been healing from black mold for a couple of years. My Crystal Quest has been part of my absolute must have units. A few weeks ago a guest ignored the no hot water rule, and destroyed my unit. Since I did not have the money to buy another at the time, I drank city water for about 1 month, which done major damage to my body. I now have my new unit. The water tastes so good and I can now tell my body is responding to the healing. I have used the fluoride filter for several years and, even at 85 years old, I did not truly comprehend the value it serves. Our water is so important and we often take it for granted. The fluoride and other trash in the city water caused me to not only feel bad , but my knees were swollen to where I could not walk, I have a rash on my feet due to the mold pores that really flared up, the tremors in my hands got worse, and my memory went on vacation. This was all after I had to go on the city water. I could tell a difference in only a few days after getting my new filter and giving my body a chance to begin to detox. I am so thankful for my new filter. Thank you for your great products.

got a stainless steel one. looks great and easy to set up. filters the flouride and heavy metals as advertised. it arrived within the week of ordering and well packaged. no damage. the CrystalQuest group know their stuff.

EVEN THOUGH THIS IS NEW THIS IS MY 4TH UNIT IN THE PAST 15YR OR SO. THESE PROVIDE EXCELLENT WATER, I DO A CHECK OF THE WATER WITH TESTS TWICE A YEAR. THE WATER IS ALWAYS IN THE PERFECT RANGE AND ALWAYS HAS A PH OF 7.5 TO 8.0 MAYBE TIGHTEN THE BASE TIGHT WHEN SENDING TO THE CUSTOMER

Excellent filter for small space

This was easy to setup and has all the features I am looking for including flouride. It sits on the counter behind the sink. I am very pleased and this is my second order from this company. I have used there under the counter systems for years.

Best water filter

This is my second Crystal Quest filter system. The first I bought a dozen yrs ago at least. I needed to replace a few parts and just bought a new one. Chlorine & Fluoride in my stomach, no thank you.

Easy - Tastes Great

Easy to install. 3 FULL flushes. Must not have done one or so long enough. Encourage purchasers to do flushes for max time as the water has a taste if not completely flushed. Once that was done, water has been great.

What I like most is

What I like most is that it comes with an instrument whereby the outer container can be removed easily to place a new filter after the original has been used up. Before, I had bought one where it was impossible to remove the outer container, I had to throw the entire thing out. I like the one I bought as it comes with a removal instrument.

Second Time Purchase

I purchased one of these filters for my daughter and her boyfriend to have in their small apartment, one year ago. We have a large under sink system in our home, but their space and situation did not allow for such a system. They were used to the quality of filtration from the bigger system and this comes pretty close. Since this smaller unit has worked very well for them, we decided to give it a try in our recently purchased mid-sized RV. We just got it hooked up and have really enjoyed the quality of water. Like most RVers, we have a lesser quality filter hooked up to the outside of the RV for all water coming in and we have this filter hooked up on the counter by the kitchen sink for drinking, cooking and pets. We generally use it once a day and run it for the 20 seconds recommended for flushing, then we fill up enough drinking containers to last us for the day. This way there is very little water wasted and the flush water, which really isn’t much, we use for other purposes.
