Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using reinwaterusa.com (the “Site”) or purchasing from Rein Water USA (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Description of service

Rein Water USA is an online retailer of water filtration and treatment products, operated by Andre Lissinna. We work with multiple manufacturers and suppliers — including Crystal Quest, Waterdrop, Brondell, WaterWorld USA, and The Water Machine — and most orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by the manufacturer or supplier rather than from our own warehouse.

Accounts and ordering

You may place an order as a guest or by creating an account. You are responsible for providing accurate ordering, shipping, and contact information, and for keeping any account credentials confidential. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability — cancelled orders are refunded in full.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing accurate, but if a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any order affected by the error, with a full refund. Payment is due at the time of order.

Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which covers processing times, carriers, and how oversized or freight-shipped items are handled.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.

Product warranties

Products sold on this Site are covered by the original manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty, not a warranty from Rein Water USA. Warranty length, terms, and coverage are set by each manufacturer and vary by brand and product. We are glad to help coordinate a warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf, but Rein Water USA does not independently extend, alter, or guarantee any manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rein Water USA’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a product purchased through it is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in this section limits any warranty or remedy provided directly by a product’s manufacturer.

Intellectual property

Site content — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by Rein Water USA or its manufacturers, suppliers, and licensors, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

User conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site’s operation, or to attempt to access data or systems without authorization.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us first at contact@reinwaterusa.com so we can try to resolve it directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page; your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
