Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. Most items ship free via ground service to the lower 48 states; Alaska and Hawaii may require a shipping quote — contact us before ordering.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Products ship directly from each manufacturer's warehouse, and ground delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after processing. Large whole-house systems may ship freight and take longer — we will contact you with details if so.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Orders with multiple brands may arrive in separate shipments.

Backorders and delays

If an item is on backorder, it is marked on the product page before you buy. If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will email you within 2 business days with the new timeline and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Damaged in transit

Inspect your delivery. If anything arrives damaged, keep the packaging, photograph the damage, and email contact@reinwaterusa.com within 5 business days — we will arrange a replacement.
