Shipping Policy

Rein Water USA ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within a few business days. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product and its supplier, since Rein Water USA works with multiple fulfillment partners.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for standard parcel items are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order. Rates vary by supplier — some products ship free, others are calculated at checkout.

Carriers

Most orders ship via standard ground parcel carriers, such as USPS or UPS. Certain large or heavy systems ship via freight (LTL) carrier — see "Oversized and heavy items" below.

Oversized and heavy items (freight shipments)

Certain large systems ship via freight carrier rather than standard parcel. For these items, customers submit their email on the product page to receive a free shipping quote — we will contact you directly with a custom quote based on your delivery address. You may then choose to proceed or cancel for a full refund. Freight shipments require a physical street address and cannot be delivered to a PO box.

Alaska, Hawaii, and other non-contiguous US shipments

Shipping availability and cost to Alaska, Hawaii, and other non-contiguous US locations varies by product and supplier. Some items ship free to these locations; others may not be available for shipment there. Availability will be confirmed at checkout, or as part of your freight quote for oversized items.

Backorders and delays

If an item is delayed or backordered, we will notify you as soon as possible.
