It was advised when I purchased this filter to also get the pre-filter. No instructions as to how to install it. Called the co and talked to a gal who sent me a PDF of the brochure that was in the package.returned the pre-filter after FINALLY figuring out it attached only to f”have it leak. Spent 3 days running around trying to find the right adapter and setting it up. The countertop unit works fine now. Not much support on the set up, though.
