This 10-micron Big Blue sediment filter cartridge (4.5" x 10") captures dirt, sand, silt, rust and other suspended solids before they reach your filtration system, pumps or appliances. The large-diameter Big Blue format handles high flow rates with low pressure drop, making it ideal as a pre-filter for whole-house and reverse osmosis systems.

• Nominal 10-micron rating — longer life and higher dirt-holding capacity than finer cartridges
• Fits standard 4.5" x 10" Big Blue filter housings
• Extends the life of downstream carbon, RO membrane and softener media

Replace every 3–6 months or when pressure drops noticeably, depending on your water quality.
