How often do I need to change the filter?
The FIST filter has a 1-year lifetime. Waterdrop D6 Reverse Osmosis System
has filter life indicators that will remind you to replace the filter.
Why does the filtered water taste funny?
• The filter is about to expire. Check the indicator reminder to confirm
and replace it.
• The system hasn't been used for a while. Turn on the D6 faucet and allow
it to flush for a while before drinking.
What will happen if I do not change my filter when the filter is expired?
Over-used filters will degrade the filtration performance, causing
contaminants to leak back into the water and adversely affect your health.
