A coconut-shell carbon block cartridge, 2.5" x 20" at 5 microns, that reduces chlorine, chloramines, VOCs, cysts, sediment, and the tastes and odors that make tap water unpleasant. Coconut-shell carbon offers dense micro-porosity for strong chemical adsorption in a standard-size cartridge.
It fits most slim-line 20-inch filter housings and works as a chemical-reduction stage in whole-house setups or as pre-treatment protecting an RO membrane from chlorine damage. Replace roughly every 6 to 12 months depending on usage and chlorine levels.
