I have owned a three stage under the counter Crystal Quest Filter for many years, along with the shower filter, and have purchased all of the same replacement cartridges on this order several times. My total overall experience, with the filter its self,
and all of the replacement cartridges purchased has been very good. Up until last year, I have been purchasing my replacement cartridges from another source that did not charge any shipping costs. I purchased them from Crystal Quest last year because you did not charge for shipping. Had I known there would be shipping charges this time I probably would have gotten them from the previous source. Unfortunately, I was 95%
done with my order this time before I found out from the person that I was talking to on the phone that there would be shipping charges on this order. As I really did not have the time to cancel this order and re-order from the previous source, I went ahead with this order, but was not happy to have to pay for shipping. You would think that a $170+ order would earn free shipping, it
did last year, but such was not the case this time around. As they
are great filters, I will continue to purchase Crystal Quest replacement filters, but will purchase them from a source that does not charge shipping.

A bit difficult to determine what model number you need for your housing but once you know it’s easy but expensive to buy. Specially paying shipment. Also, if as a customer you are buying a cartridge, this should be sold as a kit and include o-rings even if not needed. A kit should be offered.
